More Party Games....

As part of our term Inquiry and for a bit of fun in indoor fitness time, we have been learning different party games.  This week we learned to play Pin the Tail on the Donkey. Mrs P made a big picture of a donkey with no tail!  We realised it looked a bit funny after we finished playing the game and noticed it had no mane, so we added it afterwards. Hehe (or haw-haw).

First we got blindfolded. Then we turned around three times.  It made some of us feel like we lost our way.  We went over to the board and had to try and feel our way around the picture to stick the donkey's tail in the right place.

Most of us were pretty close although some of the tails were flying through the air and even on the donkey's belly.  Aaruchya and Jacob got SO close.  They were directly on top of each other's guess.  So they had a 'tail-off' to see who was the winner, and they did it again. Funny...

We wrote stories about how to play the game, and we are looking forward to doing it again sometime.

We have been learning how to play party games.  Today we played Pin the Tail on the Donkey.  Jacob and Aaruchya had a tie.  I was so close to the donkey!  How to play Pin the Tail on the Donkey: We need to draw a donkey.  We need a pin and the tail.  My favourite game is Pass-the-Parcel.  By Xavier

  1. What a cool game to play and write about.

I bet you had lots of fun.

We could play that game with my children too.

    We would enjoy that.

    Cheers
